The reported 7.65 GW scale shows that digital infrastructure demand is no longer marginal. Off-grid or behind-the-meter plants can shorten development timelines and reduce dependence on congested interconnection queues, but they also transfer fuel, permitting and emissions risk directly to the customer and its partners.
